HOW TO ORDER:
Once you have ordered and paid for your products you will receive an e-mail from CarAudioDirect.ca with a receipt confirming your online payment and details of your order and delivery. Make sure you enter a correct e-mail when placing your order.
You will receive an email confirmation/receipt of your order shortly after placing an order. The order confirmation is also your Receipt. If you have any inquiry regarding your order you can contact us by emailing If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability or any other difficulty you will be refunded for the unavailable item.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products ordered within the delivery time frame. However, if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered, or there is a delay in processing the order, we will notify you as soon as possible explaining the situation and if need be, offer a choice of an alternative. We will notify you of such action via email to the address given on your order form. Placing an order at CarAudioDirect.ca means that you agree to the terms & conditions stated here.

CarAudioDirect.ca accepts payment by VISA / Mastercard / American Express. Credit card payment is made with our partner Square Inc, one of the largest companies for online payment. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
At CarAudioDirect.ca we work with the largest shipping network/group in Canada. As such we can offer free shipping on all orders over $500. We aim to have a tracking # provided within 24 hrs of purchase and item to ship out with 48 hrs of purchase. All items shipped with major couriers with Canada.
This is only for products purchased at CarAudioDirect.ca If you want to withdraw from your purchase you have 7 days to do so. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. The period is calculated from the date when the product is in your possession. If you ordered more than one product the date is calculated from when the last product is in your possession. We recommended that you save your original packaging materials. Use only original packaging materials and cartons when you return a product.

We will issue a refund after the product has been examined and determined not damaged. if the product is damaged it will be shipped back at the customers expense. Refunds will be issued no more than 30 days after we have received the product and performed a thorough inspection.
For certain products purchased at CarAudioDirect.ca we offer a 1 year Limited warranty. This does not include refurbished products. Note that warranty is null and void if sold to a third party. Only original purchaser is eligible for warranty authorization, warranty is non transferable. The warranty does not cover improper electrical support, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper impedance levels. The warranty does not cover running more than the RMS power rating, burnt voice coils, accidental damage, misuse, or improper wiring.
